Georgie Codd has worked behind the scenes at a funeral parlour, taught English in a Himalayan nunnery, edited publications for the Tibetan Government in Exile, and shadowed drug dealers in Florida City.
Winner of the Seth Donaldson Bursary, with an MA in Prose Writing from the University of East Anglia, Georgie’s first book is We Swim to the Shark. Described by the Times Literary Supplement as an almost spiritual mission, We Swim to the Shark blends memoir, reportage, nature writing and insights into mental health.
