In todays episode we welcome Emma to join us on The Grief Sofa. Emma tells us about her Husband Simon who died in 2016 at the age of 38 following 2 and a half years living with oesophageal cancer. She shares her grief journey since his death as a solo parent to her two young daughters, and tells us of the purpose she has found in helping others from her experiences.
