Micheál Flannery of The Fish Box in Dingle, tells the story of how himself and his family took the leap to open a fish and chip shop in the heart of one of Ireland's busiest tourist hotspots. The original idea was a fish and chip shop which escalated very quickly to where it is today. We hear how the business grew, how they got the attention of major Irish influencers and how they came out on top for many Irish food awards.
