Hey friends, today we sat down with the ever graceful Filsan Abdiaman! Filsan describes herself as a Kenyan, Somali, Canadian Muslim Black woman, and we would add an all around an amazing human! Filsan is a powerful runner, community builder, advocate for women and the BIPOC community, and an inspiration to us.
In this Episode Filsan shares her journey with health and wellness; navigating the mind-body connection and diving into the "why" of running. Which leads to her sharing about her own struggles with an eating disorder, and how she learned to fall in love with herself.
