Description

Hey friends, today we sat down with the ever graceful Filsan Abdiaman! Filsan describes herself as a Kenyan, Somali, Canadian Muslim Black woman, and we would add an all around an amazing human! Filsan is a powerful runner, community builder, advocate for women and the BIPOC community, and an inspiration to us.

We also talk about:

This podcast is about running, but it is really about learning to love yourself, and being intentional about being healthy and whole, and the ability to show up for yourself and ultimately for others.

Thanks for listening!

Peace, Z&D
