Are you aware what mindset you are living with at the moment? Is it a growth mindset or a fixed mindset?

If you enjoy challenges and you're not afraid trying and learning new things, then you're living with a growth mindset. On the other hand, if you often find yourself saying "I can't do it", and you're easily discouraged by the thought of failing, let's work that out and get you out of the fixed mindset!

In this Voice Note episode, I dive in and wade through the waters of these two important mindsets that we usually swim through in life. Let's discuss the pros and cons of each, and how it can affect our daily lives!
