Food science and psychology are a couple topics I am fascinated by. What we are putting into our bodies and how those things make us feel. Why do we think about food the way we do? What is our understanding of nutrition and what impact that has on our overall wellbeing? Filmmaker Brian Sanders (creator of the Instagram @Food.Lies) has compiled tons of compelling information on the truth about food and the effect specific foods have on our bodies. From vegan to keto, carnivore and on we discuss the history of the S.A.D. (Standard American Diet), the unfortunate indoctrination of the west with poor food sense, and how we can begin to regain control.
