From a Q & A awhile back, a curiosity came from what I experience during a reiki session. At first I thought, who cares, who wants to hear about me and what I experience??
But after some encouragement from my team, I decided to dive into a shortcast going into what I experience during a reiki session and it was surprising as to how difficult it is to explain.
Partly because it truly is hard to explain rather than experience, and partly because I love this so much it's hard not to get choked up talking about it!
In this short but sweet episode, I'll do my best to capture the spiritual experience and why I limit myself to one of these per day and how my wait list can be long because of that!
