Description

The word trauma is thrown around a lot now a days and I'm glad it's becoming more socially accepted and not as "traumatic" of a word.

In this episode I dive into what happens in the person who attaches their identity to their trauma.

This is a very common cycle that halts growth in any direction, but most likely in specific areas that patterns continually repeat.

At the end of the day, we hold onto trauma when we've attached our ientity to it because in order to step away from it, we would be abandoning ourselves.
