Does it feel like your life is in a downward spiral? One foot on the gas pedal and one foot on the brake? You have tried to better yourself multiple times, but then you start doubting yourself and just it feels like you're going backwards.

There's a good reason for that. From the moment we’re born we begin to create a "Belief system" of how the world works.

This is so that we can refer to it in the future in order to better our chances of survival and replication. Our "Belief system" becomes the manual for how to think, act and behave in different situations.

Our mind’s primary job is "Survival and Protection, and our "Belief system" was created by us in order to survive not thrive. Our conscious and subconscious beliefs determine how we act. And how we act will ultimately result in what we attract.

To truly change our lives and break out of the downward spirals and advance to the next level is to break the patterns currently causing them. We can do that by waking ourselves up out of the hypnotic trance and become more awaken. What we are is a pure center of awareness and choices.
