Description

As human beings, we have a natural tendency to assign meaning to every experience and interaction we have. The meaning we assign is based on our own understanding and life experiences.

We’re all guilty of jumping to incorrect conclusions and assigning inaccurate meaning onto our experiences at times, and this hugely influences our beliefs about ourselves, other people and the world around us.

As human beings we interpret our surroundings and interactions. That is normal, it is how we survive. However, we take it further and make up stuff because that is what our mind does. Think about it, everything is made up, even language.

So we make up our stuff, then we feel it and believe it to be true and we react based on that and not on what really is happening
