When you’re running your own business as a mum of young kids...it can often turn into a family affair. For Louise, founder of Wax & Polish, that’s exactly what she did. She brought her daughter, Chelsea, to work with her, from the age of 1. A couple of decades later, Chelsea followed her love of music, but her passion for the beauty industry was much stronger. She’s now working alongside Louise, running a successful business while still maintaining a close mother-daughter relationship.
