Something a little different this week for the podcast. The 8pm crew met for a workout (at 7pm unfortunately) but stuck around after for a chat. We talk about the different challenges and approaches we have taken to our training during the lock down. We also talk about what it's like to train with other people again and what we are most looking forward to once things go back to "normal".
