Description

Today’s guest is a former wealth-chaser turned global changemaker. Arunjay Katakam grew up dreaming of being super-rich—but his journey took him far beyond financial ambition. From his entrepreneurial childhood in India to a career in investment banking, and eventually into the world of international development and social impact, Arunjay’s story is one of awakening, service, and radical purpose.

After decades of working on financial inclusion and development projects across the world, Arunjay realized that the existing systems weren’t working—at least not fast enough or equitably. That realization during the pandemic led him to write his book, Generation Hope: How Inclusive Economics Can Help Us All Thrive, and to found the Inclusive Action Lab, a nonprofit startup focused on solving real problems for real people.

In this episode, Arunjay shares how meditation, consciousness, and a deep desire to help humanity guided him from Wall Street to creating a more inclusive economic future. If you're seeking purpose, impact, and hope, this conversation is for you.
