Eric Roberts and Phillip Rhee return for the sequel to one of the best martial arts films of all time. Unfortunately, Mike and Chad were not as favourable with this film as they were with the original. Action packed and featuring German Bodybuilder Ralf fucking Moeller, this film falls just a bit short.
