In these times of uncertainty and confusion where we feel scattered, anxious, or stressed, this simple technique can give you a level of control back. Studies have shown that box breathing can reduce anxiety, depression, and stress symptoms. Giving you a better focus and better ability to deal with the ups and downs of everyday life.
1. Inhale through the nose (4 seconds)
2. Hold (4 seconds)
3. Exhale through the mouth (4 seconds)
4. Hold (4 seconds)
5. Repeat
