In this episode I chat to Andrew, founder and CEO of Emilia's Crafted Pasta, another personal favourite of mine! We talk about Emilia's mission: to make food with good ingredients that tastes good and makes you feel good. Andrew discusses his research into Italian food and culture including his trip to Emilia-Romagna, as well as COVID struggles and the future of the restaurant experience.
