In this episode I chat to Max & Elliot from Hawkes, head cidermaker and head of marketing respectively, in an effort to push my love of cider on the world! We cover everything from what goes into cidermaking through to the exciting world of tax and focus groups. We talk about how hard it is to convert people who've had bad teenage experiences with cider, innovating with wine-making techniques and how Hawkes take donated apples from all over the country in exchange for delicious cider!
