UPNovember begins with the network finding its footing by 1996; after two years on the air, the network seems to be hitting its stride with Urban comedy and Sci-fi Action shows...so what's the harm in combining the Two formats? It resulted in (probably) one of the most Maligned sitcoms of all time.
