Sean is back from Europe and wants to debrief. We go through the highlights of his trip, primarily Venice. The city located in the northeastern Italy on an Archipelago and known famously for its canals, bridges and Gothic architecture. The city was a major center of trade during the Middle Ages and Renaissance, however, today Venice is a popular tourist destination and faces challenges related to rising sea levels, sewerage, and declining population. We talk about these aspects of Venice, as well as the Restoration being done to protect the city, including the MOSE Project. Enjoy!
