I spoke with "Sam" regarding his experience with drug and alcohol addiction and the road that led to his recovery. He discussed at length some of the struggles he dealt with as well as what it took for him to make it through the recovery process. We touched on some of the struggles of people going that are on the outside looking in as well. It was an enlightening episode with the goal to help either someone actively going through addiction, someone dealing with someone going through addiction or someone who is actively in recovery that may need to hear they are not alone.
