God leads us to the words we need to hear and what He has in store for us daily. It's humbling to think God gave us a piece of Himself to live inside us. This truth ought to help us look at our daily situations as Spirit filled rather than as a "natural man" (past internal records). The Holy Spirit meets each of us as we are/where we are.
