Description

This is David Duggan here from Below the Line with a little message ahead of the launch of our new season of podcast episodes about a change that we’ve made to hopefully improve on something that we’d like to think was already pretty good to start with.

We began with the Below the Line Podcast in September 2021 and we have now decided to call it the Live Well Perform Better Podcast brough to you by Below the Line. Think of it as a continuation of what we started last year but with a slight twist.

As many of you will know I am part of a team made up of experts from the worlds of business, elite sport, adventure and health and wellbeing. We are coaches, mentors, and advisors to some of the world’s biggest companies and organisations as well as smaller businesses, entrepreneurs and people looking to make their mark on the world. Our guiding mantra at Below the Line is Live Well, Perform Better. What does that mean you might ask? Good question, maybe the easiest way to describe it from our perspective is finding the formula that works for you when it comes to things like; looking after your physical and mental health, running your business, developing your career, leading your people or simply being able to show up as brilliantly as possible into your own life both for yourself and those around you.

Each week we will be bringing you conversations with either member of our team or  invited guests for a conversation that focuses on the question What do the words Live Well. Perform Better mean to you?

This question is a way in to exploring with people from a range of different backgrounds, industries and disciplines what are the practices, techniques, habits or ideas that they use to help them to show and up and be at their best in all areas of their lives whether that’s as CEO’s, leaders or managers or as parents, family members or friends.

Over the course of 2022 we will be bringing you some brilliant, inspiring and informative guests. Some well known, other less so but all of them with powerful stories to tell, experience to share and insights that we can all learn from, think about and put to use in our lives, in our own ways, in our own time.

We hope you’ll enjoy this evolution of our podcast and thanks for listening as always….
