This week I am delighted to be joined by a very special guest Roisin Coughlan.
Roisin is a woman who wears many hats – a yoga instructor, strategist and creative facilitator as well as a movement and mindfulness consultant she is someone who in whatever capacity she is operating helps people and organisations discover and connect to their true purpose. Her approach to her work stems from a career that began in supporting people experiencing homelessness and the challenges and traumas she saw them endure, personal experiences of overcoming physical injury and coming to yoga to aid her recovery along with a naturally curios and questioning nature that is always asking why and seeking to understand personal and organisational motivation at a deeper and more visceral.
This is a must listen conversation for anyone interested in how you can join the dots between your personal and professional interests and passions, what trauma is and how it can manifest in our lives and why it’s important to keep a healthy perspective on what it means to live well and perform better .
