This week we are delighted to be joined by a very special guest Allan Boyle, technology expert and Principal of Saltwater Consulting, specialising in helping companies in the tech space to grow and scale.
For me, this conversation was about picking the brain of someone who’s attitude and approach to business and life I greatly admire and I got to ask Allan about what motivates him to do what he does, what key challenges he sees the businesses he works with right now facing as well his thoughts on how technology will influence and impact our lives over the coming years.
For Allan it’s all about “teaching people to fish” - giving them the tools to be able to eventually do for themselves what he has been brought in to help them with which typically revolves around making the interface between technology and people in organisations work in the right ways to help both the business and the people in it to thrive and grow.
