Description

Welcome to the latest episode of the Below the Line Podcast.

This week, I am talking to my colleague Paul Gleeson about the topic of wellbeing, as well as being a performance and executive coach. Paul is also an adventurer who has completed a number of expeditions to some of the most inhospitable environments on Earth. As such, maintaining high levels of fitness, strength and health is a priority for Paul, and so I asked him to give me his perspective on what well-being means to him and what advice he can pass on to us about some simple tips and ideas for improving and looking after our own health.

Please subscribe to www.belowtheline.ie where you can stay up to date with our podcast, as well as exclusive online events and sessions, including our latest story coaching program, which kicks off virtually on Monday the 15th of November.

Thanks for listening and see you next week!
