These factors combine + affect the quality of our mental health, which influences how we deal with stress, interact with others, + make decisions.

Generally, if our mental health sucks, so can our outlook, which can make us feel like our whole lives suck, too.

Luckily, if we are tactful, patient, and honest with ourselves + others - with time, intentionality, dedication, consistency, (+ a lil support) you can improve your mental health, thus improving your quality of life.
