Family holidays bring connection, but they also bring train wrecks. What to do?
As always, bless yourself and others for their mistakes and move on.
Learn from the mistake and leave it in the past where it is. Journal about your part in the upset. Make an imaginary box at the entrance to your house called The Past and once you’ve learned something from an upsetting event, place it in the box.
Volunteering is vital. There is a Hindu proverb that goes something like this: help your brothers boat to the shore and yours arrives too.
Reassess your needs.
Learn something wonderful about your community, country or the world and share that on social media.
