The Model is split up into five components that explain how we can change our thoughts to change the results that we see, no matter the circumstance. Learning how The Model works has completely changed my life and I truly believe it will change yours as well. 

Throughout this episode, you will learn what the five components of The Model are and examples of how you can apply them to create the results that you want. Our thoughts generate our feelings which generate the action we take, ultimately determining our results. If your limiting beliefs and negative thoughts seem to be ruling your life and the results that you’re seeing, this episode will provide you the tools to apply The Model to create the mindset shift you are looking for. No matter what issue you’re dealing with, we can fit it into The Model to pinpoint the cause.
