In today's episode, I'm talking about how to deal with the triggers that take you to the darkest places and reframe them into healing and growth opportunities. With holidays just around the corner, the last four to six weeks of the year are a rare combination of joy, hope, and future plans, but also anxiety, uncertainty, and many stressors. There are many decisions to be made, but the most important one is: how you want to feel during the holidays. 

Throughout this episode, you'll learn a simple yet powerful technique to manage your stress triggers, block them from dictating how you feel, and use them to help you grow and evolve personally and professionally. We also go through the importance of creating a go-to list of thoughts for when we feel triggered, practicing self-reflection with our triggers, and learning as much as we can from them.
