Life is going to throw us hardships out of the blue, that’s inevitable. It’s up to us to decide how we move forward.
In today’s episode, I am talking about a recent change in my life that has brought me a roller coaster of emotions and reminded me of a few lessons. This change is that my father passed away. I wanted this episode to be a reminder to us all that we can’t control every aspect of our lives.
Throughout this episode, you will hear the recent lessons that I have learned since my father passed away. As entrepreneurs, we get caught up in keeping the business in order, but when major life events happen, we need to be able to slow down and prioritize our well being. While I know that each of us handle grief differently, I hope this episode serves as a reminder that it is important to move through your emotions and not try to mask them.
