Description

When was the last time you failed at something? What were the feelings that surfaced after that failure?

In today's episode, I'm talking about the importance of making mistakes, the value failure can add to our lives and businesses, and why we put so much effort into avoiding failing and making mistakes when the truth is, we shouldn't. We are taught that failing is wrong and that finishing last is the worst thing ever, so we can only see pain and suffering when we face defeat or failure. But what if we resignify what making a mistake is? What if it had much more to offer than shame and misery?

Throughout this episode, you will hear why I believe failing and making mistakes is not necessarily bad, how to deal with the feelings it provokes, and the reactions our failure might generate in those around us. I also explain why you should program yourself to fail intentionally next year, share what I've learned from a mistake I made recently, and much more.
