Trigger Warning: This episode mentions suicide

In this twenty sixth episode together, I am joined by the wonderful Dean Lambert. For almost 30 years, Dean has worked with funeral professionals to help them connect and serve the families facing one of the most challenging moments of their lives: the loss of a loved one. As a father who has experienced the loss of a child, he knows first hand the grief that takes over when trying to honor a life well-lived. Dean is also leading the Love Always Project with a team of experienced subject matter experts and people committed to encouraging people to think more positively and proactively about end-of-life issues and funeral prearrangement.

Throughout this episode, Dean and I talk about how his background led him to becoming passionate about end-of-life planning. Dean opens up and talks about the death of his son and what that experience taught him about grief. He also addresses the difficulties that can arise when trying to initiate conversations with loved ones about funeral pre arrangements, what his mission is with the Love Always project, and his recommendations for listeners.

Tune in and listen to the twenty sixth episode of Grief and Happiness, and join me in learning about the importance of end-of-life planning from Dean Lambert!
