[00:12:27] Clearing your workspace also clears your mind. If there's so much stuff on your desk, your brain also processes all of the things. Clutter, five empty water cups or coffee cups possess dead energy that contributes to creating heavy spaces.
[00:19:36] Don't beat yourself up too much if you're working hard and doing the best you can and still finding that you've got attrition.
[00:20:44] Be honest with yourself and look at your culture and say -- Are you providing something that makes people want to stay with you and not resign? Are you helping address their needs at all levels that affect their jobs and make them happy humans at work?
[00:26:04] When's the last time you had a beer or coffee with your people? Do they have kids? What are they working towards in life? Please sit down, get to know your people and understand what's going on for them. The most important way to battle mass resignation is to connect and communicate with your team and give them that safety to talk to you fully and openly.
