With Plastic Free Month drawing to an end and the UK hitting record temperatures earlier this week, it seems fitting that we’re talking about Plastic Pollution.
We’ll be joined by Teresa Perez, a research associate at the Royal Holloway, University of London.
She’ll be talking about the work that she was involved with as part of Cambridge circular plastic centre as we explore how recycling has come to be seen as the best way to reduce plastic waste in South Africa, and what we can learn to help tackle plastic waste worldwide.
Of course we couldn’t pair this topic with anything other than a South African gin, so we’re drinking Cape Fynbos.
