Our ‘internal dialogue” or how we talk to ourselves is influenced by our subconscious mind. It reveals our inner thoughts, beliefs, questions and ideas. If we’re not aware of how we talk to ourselves, we may often feel like we are always out of control and overwhelmed by our emotions, thoughts and tasks. If you change the way you think, you change the way you feel. If you change the way you talk to yourself, you take control of how you deal with, and get through, your emotions, fears, thoughts and tasks.
On this episode we talk to one of my faves as she reveals something she has only recently discovered, and has never shared to anyone ever, only here on After 30 with us for the first time. Ekslusibo! Haha. So excited for this super insightful conversation and so honored to have back on the pod, Doc Gia Sison!
