Jealousy is a normal human emotion; and like all emotions, jealousy is meant to tell us more about ourselves and what it is that we need. Once you obsess over something or someone, though, and you start controlling your partner because of your jealousy, that’s when it starts to become toxic.

Yes, your feelings are valid. But it doesn’t have to be unhealthy and toxic. Healthy jealousy is possible. Here are ways to overcome it.
