The 4th trimester, that period of time that roughly corresponds to 12 weeks immediately following childbirth, can be like no other. It's full of healing, incredible love as you bond with your new baby and also challenges as you navigate physical, emotional and relational changes (not to mention sleep deprivation and round-the-clock newborn feeds!).
