Friend of the pod Grace M Joyce joins Lizzy & Ciara in an exploration of labels, astrology, and lightweight rowing. Grace currently trains with the Green Racing Project, located at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center in Northern Vermont. All-around badass and fascinating human, Grace discusses her relationship with labels and shares her insight on racing as both a lightweight and open-weight rower, and her next steps heading into a new training cycle.
