William Wright grew up as one of three brothers, watching his parents work tirelessly and absorbing the values that would fuel a dream of his own: to one day run a restaurant where he could cook the food he loved for people who loved food just as much.
After studying hospitality business and culinary arts at university, William set off to travel the world—learning from kitchens big and small, talking to chefs, honing his skills, and gathering the knowledge he’d need to build something of his own. Armed with experience, determination, and a head full of ideas, he teamed up with Matthew Bossino to open Vault 13 in Chatham.
