Description

From nurturing growing communities, running a successful social enterprise, and raising a family of her own, our guest Loretta Bolotin speaks about the foundation of Free to Feed and what rituals carry both herself and her community. Being able to offer job opportunities to refugees and asylum seekers whilst providing a stepping stone to independence and confidence is at the centre of what Loretta has set out to achieve. In episode four of 'The Source', we learn about the ritual of not sticking to the rules when it comes to cooking and reflecting ever-changing feelings through food.
