James draws inspiration from places you wouldn't consider giving a second look. From the artwork in his running clubroom to the stand-alone fan in his office - there is always creativity and opportunity lying within.
In episode one of The Source, Thurman, Emma, and James discuss relationships with sport, their daily rituals, and how the everyday sportspeople are the ones to watch. From what James found to be a more tumultuous relationship with running, he has now stuck with it long enough to turn it from something he once loathed into a huge source of life and learning.
