Meet Lauren Thompson, one of the current teachers working with us to redesign her embodied businesses with the work of transformative educational design. Learn WHY this work matters to her, how she’s using it to build her work in the online space and support her in-person studio business located thousands of miles away. You’ll hear about how this type of design has impacted her creation and marketing process as well as how the nervous system has played a part in her big shift. Lauren is a movement educator, former counselor, activist, mother, and teacher of teachers.



More about our guest, Lauren Thompson


Lauren Thompson currently resides in Olympia, WA and is the owner of Thrive Pilates & Movement Studio in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. She has been teaching Pilates and yoga since 2007 and holds an MA in Counseling and Guidance. Lauren brings a unique, holistic perspective to her clients with her extensive background in both how the body moves and how our minds process. Her ability to make connections between mind and body and people and their communities helps her clients to improve both physically and mentally to achieve optimal health.
