This week we interview the former elite marathon runner Pat Carroll, we cover his humble beginnings jogging around Brisbane & tells us some funny stories from his days at the AIS training with Robert de Castella. Pat also gives us some great advice for the everyday runner, regarding improving Marathon times.

These days Pat has a running group in CBD that is massive and also coaches 180 clients online. He is on the Microphone at most major running events in QLD so you will recognise his voice even if your are relatively new to running.

Pat was awarded the Order Of Australia medal this year for his service to community health and fitness.
