Your yoga practice begins to soften your ego and its distractions so the soul can express itself more often and in deeper ways. As a result, your soul characteristics have more room to abide, including qualities such as peace, bliss, and happiness. You are growing your capacity to live in a more harmonious state of body, mind, and spirit.
So what does the process of softening the ego look like? In truth, it is different for everyone. But today, we will share our personal experiences of the things we have had to transform on our spiritual journeys. Things like releasing a character flaw of arrogance and learning to open the heart more so compassion can grow. Becoming aware of old stories and changing old beliefs can also be transformed through your yoga practice. Most importantly, you grow stronger in your relationship with the divine with each step.
