This week we sit down with a legend within the whisky industry, Mr Ian Millar. Ian has been in whisky industry for well over 40 years as both a distillery manager and ambassador. He is a Master Keeper of the Quaich, inductee into Whisky Magazine's hall of fame and all around great guy.
