Roger is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under the infamous Marcelo Garcia. As well as being an absolute ANIMAL on the mats Roger is a complete gent. The atmosphere he's created in his gym is second to none and the welcome I received by his members is a tribute to both Roger and Paul Fox {another MG Black Belt}, who between them run the Royal Grappling Academy {www.rga.ie}.In this episode we talk about his journey from training in traditional martial arts to competing on the world stage in BJJ and how Brazilian Jiu Jitsu {BJJ} might not be for everyone but is absolutely for everybody to try.
