Bourby is Founder of The RARE Company (Really Awesome Regional Events Company) based in the wheatbelt of WA. She is Director of North Street Music which produces major concerts and orchestral experiences; runs business skills courses and development programs for musicians and artists, and works as a consultant with major corporations offering transformational programs for employees, leaders and clients by bringing arts into the workplace at every level.
