A staple of adolescent sleepovers in the 00s, American Pie is a raunchy, hilarious, and often boundary-pushing look at teenage (sex) life. Despite certain aspects not ageing particularly well, American Pie mostly holds up as the seminal teenage sex romp that brought terms such as ‘MILF’, and ‘This one time, at band camp…’, into the lexicon of an entire generation.
