A by-the-numbers sequel that couldn’t recreate the magic of the first one, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 is difficult to watch for anyone over the age of 14. The odd clever joke and a star-studded cast offer some brief moments of enjoyment, but this movie is best left forgotten.
