Speaking up for yourself can be hard, especially if you are afraid of letting someone down. This week my dear friend Kerem joins me in my small but large victory in telling my job I won't give them any more time. Some of us can get lost in"the grind" and the "hustle" for more money. and for a lot of us, this grind feels like being in prison, surrounded by closing in walls, wherein your free time all you can do is sit and watch TV. Beating ourselves up constantly, over not working hard enough at our hobbies and passions.
